Shadow Yoga
The system of yoga that I teach, Shadow Yoga, is a school of Yoga founded by Zhander Remete. This is an energetic and progressive style of yoga rooted in ancient Hatha Yoga practices, the Martial Arts and the Indian and Chinese energetic systems. The dynamic forms of this practice bring about profound changes in flexibility and firmness and cultivate awareness of the rhythmic flow of the life force.
I have studied Shadow Yoga over the course of 20 years and have found the practice to be one of the most comprehensive systems of Yoga available. This is a sustainable practice, one that honors the rhythms of our bodies and one that will support and inspire you physically, emotionally and spiritually.
